Thank you for shopping at ByNaziaSyed. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

  • During high-volume periods (such as sales or new collection launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Service Providers: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery Time: International orders generally take 10–15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ByNaziaSyed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bynaziasyed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update, which can cause delays in delivery.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

ByNaziaSyed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, we value our customers—if you encounter issues, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the "Delivered" status so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier.
