Refund policy

At ByNaziaSyed, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return window under the following strict conditions.

1. Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 5 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or to report a damaged/missing item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. * The video must clearly show the shipping label on the package.

  • The package must be opened on camera, showing the condition of the item for the first time.

  • This is a mandatory requirement to prevent fraudulent claims and to ensure the item was received in the stated condition.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure your return is accepted, the item must meet the following "Original Quality" standards:

  • Original Tags: All brand tags and labels must remain attached and intact. If the tag is removed, the return will be rejected.

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents (perfume, detergent), makeup stains, or odors.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Hijabs and head accessories.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items purchased using a promotional discount code.

5. The Return Process

  1. Request: Email support@bynaziasyed.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and the mandatory unboxing video.

  2. Review: Our team will review the video and your request. If approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (checking for tags and quality), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
