Pre Sale Questions

Yes, all our abayas are proudly manufactured in-house by our skilled team. We maintain strict quality control to ensure every piece meets premium standards.

Currently, we offer standard sizes, but we are working on launching a custom-size option soon. Stay tuned!

No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through secure payment methods available at checkout.

We ship all over India! No matter where you live — metro cities or small towns — we’ll deliver to your doorstep.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days. Delivery takes 7–10 working days depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us directly for updates.

In such rare cases, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. If the issue is genuine, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Since all our products are made with care and limited stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we do resolve all genuine quality or mismatch issues.
